³⁵ He was ^(A)the lamp that was burning and shining, and you ^(B)were willing to rejoice for ^[a]a while in his light.

³⁶ But the testimony I have is greater than the testimony of John; for ^(C)the works which the Father has given Me ^(D)to accomplish—the very works that I do—testify about Me, that the Father ^(E)has sent Me.

³⁷ And the Father who sent Me, ^(F)He has testified about Me. You have neither heard His voice at any time, nor seen His form.
